Oops! Did your phone offload Signal? Accidentally delete your WildCrew messages? We know tech hiccups happen — and while we’re not able to regularly resend past curriculum, this special one-time recovery service is here to help.

With this $45 administrative fee, we’ll personally compile and resend up to 4 weeks of WildCrew curriculum that has already been delivered to you via our private WildCrew group for curriculum drops. This helps cover the time and effort required to retrieve your links and make them available to you again.

You’ll receive:

✔️ A secure message or email with your archived curriculum links
✔️ Access to re-download the weeks you missed
✔️ Peace of mind and a fresh start to dive back into your wild adventures!

💡 Note: This recovery service is only available to currently active subscribers who have already paid for these weeks. It does not grant access to future curriculum, curriculum from weeks prior to your subscription, or substitute for an ongoing subscription.

Sometimes the wildest thing in the week… is our phones.

We totally understand that life gets busy—and sometimes apps get archived/ offloaded, messages get missed, or we forget to download a file in the moment. While WildCrew curriculum is lovingly delivered each week through Signal, it’s designed to be either downloaded and saved OR accessed directly from Signal by actively using the app each week—which is our recommended rhythm for forest school families. If you choose not to download the files, no problem at all—just be sure to open and use Signal regularly so your device doesn’t offload the app (which can also delete your past messages and files!).

If your phone offloaded Signal, if you accidentally deleted it, changed phones without downloading your curriculum files beforehand, or if you didn’t open the app often enough to keep your curriculum messages active, this one-time Curriculum Archive Recovery service is here to help you get back on track! Hooray!

This service is specifically for issues like:

  • App offloading or deletion

  • Not saving files after they were sent

  • Loss of content due to device resets, phone upgrades, or storage settings

It does not apply to delivery errors on our end (which, of course, we’ll always correct at no charge!).

This $45 administrative fee helps cover the time and love it takes us to track down your content and reopen access that was previously delivered.


📌 A few kind reminders:

  • We’re a small, heart-led team, and our systems are designed around real-time weekly delivery

  • To protect your investment, we recommend opening Signal weekly, and/or printing, or saving each week’s files promptly to your favorite secure spot (cloud storage, USB drive, etc.)

  • Turn off app offloading in your phone settings to help prevent this in the future
